Made dinner for friends…
Chilled strawberry and honeydew soup with mint and ginger
Warm potato salad w portabello mushrooms and pesto
Wild rice salad with grilled eggplant and red pepper and Greek feta
Grilled pear with goat cheese, walnuts and fresh raspberry vinaigrette on a bed of arugula
Oh, and a sunset. :-)

Having a Dinner Party?
(A non-wildlife post) I am a very creative cook if I do say so myself, but I rarely use recipes(except baking). I read them and then I just make shit up. I know many of you are not kitchen-inclined but still would like to leave your guests speechless at the table. So, here is a 30 second dessert that will do the trick…
