I wanted to dedicate today’s photo to a good friend who just told me she is expecting her first child. Congratulations-you’ll be a great mom! This little olive baboon newborn came into the world in Lake Manyara National Park in Tanzania and was quite content snoozing away the morning. Baboons are not complicated. They eat. They poop. They make more baboons. It’s a good life.
