I found this little guy “jumping” down by the river in Panama today. He was about the size of a lentil. (Click for a closer look) Pretty cool little dude to capture with macro.Good insect peeps of tumblr, can you help me out?

Many who have been following me for some time know that I generally like to get “up close” with animals and, for the most part, use long lenses-or a macro.  But the scenery in northern BC where I was shooting grizzlies was so spectacular, I had to try my hand at some landscapes.

I came across this HDR filter today called Sinister, which I had to try on this evil looking froggie. He was the size of a jelly belly…but indeed, he looks quite sinister.
